Leviticus 3:17 This is a permanent statute for the generations to come, wherever you live: You must not eat any fat or any blood.”
Leviticus 7:15–19, 23–27 The meat of the sacrifice of his peace offering of thanksgiving must be eaten on the day he offers it; none of it may be left until morning. / If, however, the sacrifice he offers is a vow or a freewill offering, it shall be eaten on the day he presents his sacrifice, but the remainder may be eaten on the next day. / But any meat of the sacrifice remaining until the third day must be burned up.

Leviticus 17:10–15 If anyone from the house of Israel or a foreigner living among them eats any blood, I will set My face against that person and cut him off from among his people. / For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you to make atonement for your souls upon the altar; for it is the blood that makes atonement for the soul. / Therefore I say to the Israelites, ‘None of you may eat blood, nor may any foreigner living among you eat blood.’
Leviticus 19:5–8, 26 When you sacrifice a peace offering to the LORD, you shall offer it for your acceptance. / It shall be eaten on the day you sacrifice it, or on the next day; but what remains on the third day must be burned up. / If any of it is eaten on the third day, it is tainted and will not be accepted.
Leviticus 22:8 He must not eat anything found dead or torn by wild animals, which would make him unclean. I am the LORD.
Deuteronomy 12:16, 20–25 but you must not eat the blood; pour it on the ground like water. / When the LORD your God expands your territory as He has promised, and you crave meat and say, “I want to eat meat,” you may eat it whenever you want. / Do not eat it, so that it may go well with you and your children after you, because you will be doing what is right in the eyes of the LORD.
Deuteronomy 14:3–21, 26 You must not eat any detestable thing. / These are the animals that you may eat: The ox, the sheep, the goat, / the deer, the gazelle, the roe deer, the wild goat, the ibex, the antelope, and the mountain sheep.
Deuteronomy 15:22, 23 Eat it within your gates; both the ceremonially unclean and clean may eat it as they would a gazelle or a deer. / But you must not eat the blood; pour it on the ground like water.
